How Appliance Condition Is Graded
We tag every appliance with its actual condition before it hits the floor. Sealed-box overstock arrives in the manufacturer's packaging, untouched. Open-box pieces have been opened — sometimes for display, sometimes returned — and are graded by cosmetic condition. Customer returns are tested before resale where possible.
Sealed Overstock
New, in factory packaging. Priced closer to retail-minus-30%. Includes manufacturer warranty where applicable.
Open-Box Excellent
Packaging opened, unit unused or display-only. Minor cosmetic notes if any. Priced 30–45% off retail.
Open-Box Marked
Visible cosmetic damage or missing accessories. Priced up to 80% off retail or more. Sold as-tagged.
