Is ABC Home Outlet open to the public?
Yes. We're open to anyone — no membership, ID, or business license required to shop. Open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM at 555 Greenwich St in Hempstead, NY.
Are the products new or used?
Inventory is a mix of new overstock, customer returns, open-box, and floor-model items from major retailers and manufacturers. Sealed pieces are unused and in original packaging. Open-box pieces have been opened — we inspect and tag each one before it hits the floor.
How are open-box items priced?
Pricing is based on the item's condition. Sealed-box overstock is priced closer to retail-minus-30%. Items with minor cosmetic damage or missing packaging are priced more aggressively — often up to 80% off retail or more.
Do you offer delivery?
We're a pickup-first warehouse. For large items, ask staff at checkout — they can refer you to local third-party haulers who service Long Island and the surrounding boroughs.
Can I return items?
Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis given that most inventory is open-box or final-sale liquidation. Inspect items on the floor before purchase — staff are happy to help check condition before checkout.
Do appliances and tools come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties may apply on new, sealed merchandise — check the original packaging and tag. Open-box items are sold as-tagged.
Do you sell to wholesale buyers?
Yes. Contractors, flippers, resellers, property managers and exporters can buy by the pallet, bunk or full truckload. Volume gets a discount. Bring your resale or tax-exempt certificate and business documentation (EIN, license, or LLC paperwork). See the wholesale program for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
How often does inventory change?
New truckloads arrive every week. What's on the floor today may be gone tomorrow — that's how an outlet works. Call ahead if you're driving a long way for a specific item.
Can I hold an item?
Generally no — outlet pricing depends on quick turnover. Items are sold first-come, first-served when they're paid for.
Is the warehouse wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The store has accessible entry, wide aisles and accessible parking. Pets on leash are welcome too.

Do you have parking?
Yes — a large free parking lot adjacent to the warehouse, with accessible spaces and easy loading access along the side bays.
Can I bring a trailer or truck for a wholesale load?
Yes. Side loading bays and a forklift are available. Call ahead at (516) 836-1766 so we can have staff and equipment ready.
