2. Inventory Description
Our inventory is a mix of new overstock, customer returns, open-box, and floor-model items from major retailers and manufacturers. Each piece is tagged with its condition at the warehouse. The website provides general information about categories carried; actual inventory rotates with weekly truckloads and is not guaranteed to match any specific item shown online.
3. Pricing & Availability
Tagged prices on the warehouse floor are the controlling price for any transaction. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Items are sold first-come, first-served and cannot generally be held. Wholesale and bulk pricing is negotiated in person and depends on quantity and condition.
4. Sales, Returns & Warranty
Most inventory is sold open-box or as final-sale liquidation. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Manufacturer warranties may apply on new, sealed merchandise — check the original packaging and tag at the time of purchase.
5. Wholesale Purchases
Wholesale buyers must provide a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate from their state along with business documentation (EIN, license, or LLC paperwork). All wholesale terms — pricing, volume, mix and load-out arrangements — are agreed in person on the warehouse floor.
6. Payment
We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. All transactions are completed at the warehouse.
7. Use of the Website
This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, or use the site's content or images for commercial purposes without our permission. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access non-public areas.

Before initiating any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in the county and state in which the Company's principal place of business is located, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver
You and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You and the Company waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
